Subject to the continued ownership of a Rexon NFT, the owner is hereby granted a worldwide, royalty-free, and perpetual license to use, copy, display, and create derivative works from the specific artwork associated with the Token ID they hold. This License is a core utility of the Rexon NFT collection.
The License extends to all commercial endeavors. The Owner may use the Rexon artwork to create and sell physical merchandise (e.g., T-shirts, mugs), integrate the art into digital media projects (e.g., comics, games), and utilize it for branding purposes. The Owner retains 100% of the profits generated from any valid commercial use.
This License is bound solely to the ownership of the Rexon NFT. Upon sale, transfer, or loss of the NFT, the License is instantly and automatically terminated for the original owner, and simultaneously transferred to the new owner of the Token ID on the blockchain. There is no manual legal transfer required.
"The License does not permit the use of the Rexon artwork in connection with hate speech, illegal material, violent content, or any material that disparages the Rexon project or community. The use of the project's Logo or Trademarks (excluding the specific Rexon artwork owned) is strictly prohibited without explicit team consent."
